House Concert at Brad's

Imagine a space where you can see world-class acoustic music up close and personal amongst a small group of music lovers. Every month or so, my Baltimore living room transforms into an intimate performance space for acoustic music artists. This is a labor of love, not a business. All donations go the musicians. These events are private and invitation-only. To get an invitation, contact me and I'll put you on our email list that gets all the news first. Every show starts at 7pm and ends by 9pm. Many guests bring food and drink to share. The house concerts are great for all ages. See you at a show!

You're invited! Bring friends, food, drink and a smiling face for what will surely be a beautiful evening of music and community! Concert-goers will experience Splendid Torch returning to their acoustic roots with a warm, intimate folk sound shaped by years together with their prior band Mamma’s Marmalade, a bluegrass group who performed at Brad's house years ago. Performing songs from their new album ICON, their music highlights fiddle, acoustic guitar, bass, and close vocal harmonies, bringing the music back to its barest, most expressive elements. Though the record explores broader Indie Folk textures, their live show leans into organic songwriting, deep listening, and the ease of creating in the moment. Listeners can expect heartfelt lyrics, spacious arrangements, and the familiar authenticity that has defined their journey—now distilled into a relaxed, honest, and deeply personal performance.

Cost: $20-$35 suggested sliding scale donation for adults. 14 & under free.
